Marvelous ways to support BARCC in the month of May, including Mother’s day.


When you give to BARCC, you help us continue to provide free, comprehensive services and bring us closer to our goal of ending sexual violence. Here’s how your donation makes a difference:

$25 helps us answer two hotline calls.
$75 pays for medical accompaniment to a hospital emergency room by a trained volunteer.
$200 supports the first three sessions of free counseling for survivors and their families.
$1,000 allows a new volunteer or intern to attend BARCC’s comprehensive training program.

Donate your used cell phone
Send phones and batteries only (no chargers or cords, please) to BARCC at the above address, or drop off used phones at our Cambridge or Boston office.  Make your gift count twice when you donate your used phone and buy a new one through Amazon.com.

Organize a cell phone drive to benefit BARCC
Help BARCC and help the environment at the same time. Collect used cell phones - in your community, at your workplace, at your school, at your church, even at your child’s daycare center - and send them to BARCC.  We send them to Shelter Alliance and they pay BARCC for the phones and then recycle them. All proceeds go to BARCC. We can supply you with posters, fliers, and other promotional materials to get you started. Email to learn more.

Donate your used car
To donate your car, go to Donationline and select BARCC as the recipient charity. It’s quick and easy. After you complete the online donation form, Donationline will take care of the rest - including pick-up of your car.
