Power of You: Supporting All Survivors

Show survivors of sexual assault that you believe them and support their journeys to heal. On April 23, join our powerful community of survivors, advocates, families, and supporters in raising vital resources for BARCC’s mission to end sexual violence. Participate in the kickoff rally, complete the Walk for Change, and check out a variety of fun activities!

Your contributions enable BARCC to provide free, confidential support and services to survivors of sexual violence. They also make it possible for BARCC to provide training to organizations and communities—including high schools, colleges, police, health-care providers, and businesses—on how to respond to survivors and create cultures that prevent sexual violence in the first place. Join our movement to end sexual violence through healing and social change.

Tentative schedule of events

Festivities begin and registration opens: 8:30 a.m.
Walk kickoff rally: 9:30 a.m.
Start: DCR's Artesani Park (1255 Soldier's Field Road, Brighton)
Route: 2.6-mile loop along the Charles River
Post-event celebration: food, music, fun, and games until 2:00 p.m.

Registration fees

Adult: $30 each
Youth (under 12): $10 each
Dogs: $5 per pooch (on a leash please)
