For 45 years, our hotline has provided survivors, loved ones, and community members with high-quality emotional support, information, and resources. And we’re excited to announce that you can now get that same support online via web chat!

With modern technology, our oldest service is now growing to be more accessible. If your phone access is limited, you don’t have a space to talk privately out loud, or you’re someone who just feels more comfortable chatting online, you now have an easier way to get support.

The free, confidential web chat hotline is available 9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m every day. And it works on a mobile browser, too. We look forward to increasing the hours up to 24-7 in the future—we’ll keep you updated on that.
