Media: Trump Administration Plans Rollback Of Campus Assault Rules

The Boston Globe recently reported on Education Secretary Betsy DeVos' accouncement that the Trump administration plans to replace Title IX Guidance, which was issued in 2011 under the Obama administration. Reporter Stephanie Ebbert quoted BARCC Executive Director Gina Scaramella's statement on the announcement, which expressed disappointment at the rollback. 

Excerpt: "Boston Area Rape Crisis Center executive director Gina Scaramella said she was deeply disappointed with DeVos’s decision to replace the 2011 directive and that sexual violence on college campuses remains a pervasive issue."
