Mintz Leving logo Mintz Levin has a longstanding commitment to providing pro bono legal assistance to the community, and an unparalleled willingness to generously allocate resources to providers that serve sexual violence victims. The firm's outstanding leadership was a key factor in the passage of the new Massachusetts law that allows victims of harassment, sexual assault and stalking to obtain a criminally enforceable restraining order against their perpetrators. For many years, Mintz Levin's legal counsel has been invaluable to BARCC as an organization. The firm has also provided pro bono legal assistance to protect the rights of individual BARCC clients time and time again.
