Workshop for Partners, Parents, Family and Friends

Has someone you loved experienced sexual assault whether as a child or an adult?

Do you have questions about how they might react to the abuse now and in the future?

Do you know it’s normal that it would affect you too?

Do you find yourself having similar reactions that your loved one is experiencing?

Are you unsure how to provide support to your loved one?

This workshop provides a safe and supportive space for all significant others (including but not limited to wives, husbands, dating partners, parents, other family members and friends) to understand the impacts of sexual abuse on the survivor, on you, and your relationship with the survivor. It also provides useful ways to cope with common challenges faced by significant others and helpful ways to provide support to survivors.
