Op-Ed: Real Reform for Reducing Sexual Abuse in Schools

In her latest op-ed for WGBH News, BARCC Executive Director Gina Scaramella speaks to policy reforms needed to prevent the sexual abuse of students. 

Excerpt: "But much more can be done to prevent abuse from happening in the first place. Requiring every school to have a written plan that defines appropriate boundaries for teachers, coaches, and others who work with young people in schools would go a long way in preventing opportunities for abuse."
